　　去年我省启动实施“博士服务团”服务基层计划，每年选派100名优秀青年博士到基层服务锻炼。实施一年来，取得良好效果。第二批“博士服务团”将于今年底明年初派出，入选者均应为大专院校、大型企事业单位、科研院所、医疗卫生机构中获得博士学位、40周岁以下的青年博士。

　　“博士服务团”成员将前往秦巴山区、武陵山区、大别山区、幕阜山区4个连片特困地区所属县市和神农架林区，进行为期一年的服务锻炼。

　　一般安排挂职担任县直专业技术部门、乡镇（街道）、县域企事业单位副职或助理。服务锻炼期间，省委组织部将按照每人1.2万元的标准拨付调研工作经费，派出单位（部门）和接收单位根据所到地区不同类别，分别给予每月不低于500元的生活补助，成员在原单位的行政职务安排、专业技术职务评聘、工资福利待遇等不受影响。
