　　据该项目组组长吴迪介绍，该项目的灵感来源于自己专业的金工实习课程。吴迪在实习的时候发现实习基地里有一批老旧的矿山机械设备，虽然还能正常的运转，但却不能对机械进行日常加工。

　　吴迪告诉记者，该项目选题结合了学校的矿冶特色，在矿山机械的利用回收上，通过技术加工，使旧机器可以循环再利用，致力于研究“低碳制造、再生循环、绿色节能”模式，打造一家定位“矿冶装备废旧零部件低碳再制造与循环利用技术”研发和产业化的高科技公司。
