中新网西安12月8日电(记者田进 实习生陈洁)“西安首届冬季掰馍大赛”8日正式开掰，吸引了近40人参加比赛，其中以“80后”、“90后”等年轻人居多。活动发起人表示，希望通过此类活动使当地的民俗风情在年轻人中继续“传递”。

　　在比赛现场，活动发起人李辰告诉记者，每位选手必须在15分钟之内完成掰馍，所用时间越短，时间分数越高。同时，还要考察掰馍的质量，馍粒越小分数越高，两个分数相加则为最后的总成绩。“一般来说馍粒越小越好，但其中最难的部分是要均匀，馍粒的大小尽量保持一致。”
