　　学期过了大半，孩子就读的年段突然多出一个班，还是差生班？说不定哪天自家孩子就被丢进去了！昨日，有网友向本报热线微博“@厦门日报”投诉：“松柏中学初三年段，以数学成绩在班级最后10名为理由，要把学习困难的同学分到新设的13班，也就是所谓的差生班。”他质疑学校违反规定。昨日下午，记者联系到松柏中学负责人，校方称，并不存在所谓的“差生班”，而是“分层教学”。

　　“根本不可能另外设置行政班，这是违反规定的，我们初三年段只有12个教学班。”校方表示，这种指责肯定是误会了他们正在进行中的“分层教学”模式。“根据我们的统计，初三年段有40多名学生，满分150分的数学考试，成绩在30分以下。换作百分制，就连20分都不到，影响课业和升学。为了帮这些孩子提高成绩，我们才计划给他们开设专门的数学指导课，但也仅限于这一门学科。”校方解释：也就是说，在别的学生上正常进度甚至拔高性的数学课时，这40多个孩子作为一个集体接受统一的基础性教学。目的即是通过因材施教的方式，以更高的效率帮他们提高学习成绩。
