近日，南京龙文教育奥体分校西堤坊校区成功举办了"如何引导学生有效学习"1对1教学心得交流会。教务主任白建军、英语教学组耿燕燕、朱玉凤、数学教学组郭翠阁、徐芬老师等参加了本次交流会。交流会由白建军老师主持，并阐述了此次交流会的背景和目的。

　　交流会上，与会老师从自身教学实际出发，认真思考、认真分析，总结出所教科目行之有效的教学方法。耿老师着重分析了中考英语题型及其中的易失分处，并介绍了中考英语学习的方法与技巧；朱老师比较了过去及现在小升初的英语考试方式、题型，交流了怎样在两个月内让学生提高英语考试成绩的经验；郭老师以小升初阶段数学教学方法为切入点，分析考试中各分数段学生的失分原因，并介绍改进的方法及教学应对方式；徐老师针对初中数学，交流了自己在教学实践中摸索出来的"一提、二套、三查"数学学习方法；白建军主任作了"如何引导学生学好语文"的主题发言，分析学生学不好语文的原因及其解决方法，重点介绍了语文写作的技巧及提高学生学习语文兴趣的方法。
