最近半个月，潘亮连续收到45封来自同学们的感谢信，大部分都是出自大一新生之手。一封封温暖的信件，承载了学生们满满的感激之情。

　　“在学校，宿管阿姨就像妈妈，很快就要放假回家了，心里很舍不得，总想将自己的情绪表达出来，于是就想到了传统的书信。”华东交通大学大一新生万同学说。

　　“您的帮助就像阳光，拨开了我头上的乌云，照在我身上，让我感到温暖。”信件上，一女生字里行间表达了与阿姨之间的情感。

"Your help is like sunshine,Burst through the clouds on my head,Shines on my body,Let me feel warm."Letters on,A girl between the lines to the emotion between the aunt.

　　下雨时，帮学生收被子、衣服；同学衣服破了，帮着缝补；同学伤心、困惑时，帮助开导、解决问题。有时候一谈就是两三个小时……潘阿姨就这样在做好自己本职工作外，两年如一日地做同学的“生活保姆”和“生活导师”。
