扬子晚报讯 天气渐冷，不少市民选择带着孩子去泡温泉来度过周末的时光。日前，江宁区消费者协会汤山分会就接到市民张女士的投诉，称之前带孩子在汤山某温泉会所泡温泉时，由于对方未提供儿童专用拖鞋和浴池周边地面湿滑，造成孩子不慎滑倒摔伤。事发后温泉会所认为对此事没有责任，对孩子不闻不问。

　　据消协工作人员介绍，他们接到投诉后弄清了事情的原委。原来，市民张女士和爱人不久前带着3岁的儿子慕名来到江宁汤山一家会所泡温泉。温泉会所里提供的儿童拖鞋尺寸太大，结果小孩穿着嫌大就不愿意穿。由于张女士一家来的时候并没有自带拖鞋，所以只好叫孩子的爸爸抱着小孩来到浴池边。可就在他们转身下池的一瞬间，光着脚的小孩在浴池边行时走未站稳，一个趔趄摔倒在地，头部磕在了池边的水泥板上，顿时鲜血直流。

　　事发过后一个多月，温泉会所从没有主动与张女士联系询问一下孩子伤情以及善后处理、赔偿事宜。对此，张女士夫妇内心一直愤懑不平，曾两次上门讨要说法，但温泉会所总是声称他们已在浴室入口处张贴了《友情提醒》，告知60岁以上的老年人和未成年的儿童必须要由家人陪同照看方可进入，况且在入洗前已尽到告知义务，顾客孩子受伤主要是其父母看管不力造成的，他们没有责任，即便有责任也是次要责任。至于孩子的医疗费等赔偿事宜必须由张女士提供看病的病历和发票等有效证明才能商谈赔偿事宜。无奈之下，张女士抱着试试看的心理，拨打了江宁区消费者协会投诉电话请求消协帮助。
