　　该局在网上回应称，2012年12月18日，有网友在“百度贴吧”转发阜阳市京九实验中学7名学生在校园内下跪的帖子，经调查，具体情况如下：2012年12月18日上午，该校八年级学生常某带另外7位同学打了本校七年级的一位同学。当日中午，该班班主任王老师得知此事，把参与打架的8位同学叫到操场上询问情况，并让学生打电话请家长。常某害怕打架事件让家长知道，就先跪下请求老师不要告诉家长，另6位同学见状后也跟着跪下请求老师原谅。王老师和当时在场的李老师及一位保安将学生全部扶起，带到办公室进行教育。下跪事件前后不到3分钟。
