　　记者走访了武汉多场大型招聘会，调查近300家用人单位发现，七成将学历起点定在本科，仅三成要求有研究生文凭。记者在招聘会上，随机走访了35家用人单位，仅3家科研、教育等职位将门槛设在“研究生及以上”，其余32家招聘负责人均表示：本科生能胜任的岗位，不愿意招研究生。
