　　对于学校的这一改革，武大在读的博士生如何看呢？昨日，武汉大学新闻与传播学院在读博士生冯强告诉记者，他认为学校进行的这一改革，出发点是好的。冯强说：“按照国家规定，博士生导师要为每位博士生向学校提交5000元~10000元不等的培养费，如果一个导师没有经费、没有课题，要交培养费就只能‘自掏腰包’；导师没有课题，博士生就不能在课题里面成长，这样的博士生比其他有课题的博士生就会有很大的差距；如果导师没有成果，那就证明导师的学术水平根本不到家。”
