昨天7时30分，虹口实验学校校长胡培华收到一条来自上海教育督查短信平台的短信：“预计今天白天为中度到轻度污染，请心脏病和呼吸系统疾病患者等易感人群减少户外活动和体力消耗。”这是继1月8日发送首条短信后，上海教育督查短信平台向全市3053所中小幼学校发出第二条空气质量预警短信。
