《长江日报》9日发表一篇评论，对人社部负责人近日宣布“中央机关新录取的公务员当中，60%以上来自农村或城市的普通家庭，没有任何背景”表示有点怀疑：“这就难免让人产生诸多联想。”我赞同作者的看法，但愿意再做两点补充。

　　一个是，“早在2011年，人社部就曾表示，中央机关录用公务员九成来自普通家庭”，刚刚过了一年，“普通家庭”的录取比例就下降了三成，叫人怀疑到底是“普通家庭”的子弟们太不争气突然变得太懒了，还是人社部2011年的统计或者“表示”有点叫人不敢完全相信？

　　其次，由于这次宣布“60%以上来自农村或城市的普通家庭”的是人社部负责人，我不怀疑这个比例了。然而正因为这个比例“可靠”，我才感到某些忧虑。在我们这样一个社会，普通工人、农民、知识分子组成的家庭是占绝大多数的，普通家庭和不普通家庭的子弟按理说也同样都是勤奋聪明的，他们被中央机关录取的比例应该就大体相当于两种家庭的比例，这才基本正常。2011年录取的比例是9∶1，就当是基本正常吧，据此可以推测“不普通家庭”在全国家庭中大约占10%。一年以后，这种家庭就算增加到15%，他们的子弟却占了新公务员的40%，这是什么概念？如果同时有1个“普通子弟”和1个“不普通子弟”参考，“不普通子弟”录取的可能性相当于“普通子弟”的3.8倍左右。录取的概率相差这么悬殊，这才是“普通子弟”们忧虑的原因。
