江西省从2010年启动农村订单定向医学生免费培养项目。学生以农村生源为主，招收的定向医学生，本科生学制5年，专科生学制3年，培养专业主要是临床医学、中医学专业。财政对定向培养项目实行补助，其中，本科生财政补助标准为每人每年7000元，在校期间免除学费，免缴住宿费，并补助生活费；专科生每人每年5000元，在校学习期间免除学费、免缴住宿费。 (来源：人民日报)
