华龙网讯 新建学校选址何处、校园总体规划分区、校舍建几层合适……即日起，我市新建学校有了“硬指标”。昨天，市教委下发了《重庆市属学校基本建设管理办法（试行）》（以下简称《办法》）的通知，对我市大中小学的校园建设作出了具体的规定。比如，每段楼梯的踏步不得多于18级，也不得少于3级。
