荊楚网恩施频道讯(记者桂林) 1月11日下午，建始县龙坪乡一小学4名学生放学后在一堰塘冰面上遇险，全部跌落水中，造成3人死亡1人受伤悲剧。昨日，记者获悉，其中两名男童系同伴落水后相救时跌入结冰的堰塘遇难，而堰塘周围有禁止游泳的告示牌。
