　　日前，教育部在成都召开“教学点数字教育资源全覆盖”项目督查推进会议。会议听取了四川、广西、云南、河南等项目任务较重的16个省份教育厅(教委)的情况汇报，研讨了项目推进中存在的主要问题和下一步工作。教育部副部长杜占元出席会议并讲话。

　　杜占元指出，“教学点数字教育资源全覆盖”项目是由教育部、财政部共同实施的第一个项目，对探索机制模式，为教育信息化工作开好局、起好步具有特殊意义。项目目前取得了积极进展，下一步要进一步明确和落实地方政府责任，实事求是地统筹谋划项目覆盖范围、建设标准、进度要求，尽快把工作重心调整到资源配送、教师培训和组织教学上来，确保项目在教育教学中发挥最大效益。

　　该项目于2012年11月正式启动，计划到2013年底，为全国约6.7万个教学点配备资源接收播放设备、配送优质数字教育资源，并组织教学点应用资源开齐开好国家规定课程，满足农村边远地区适龄儿童就近接受良好教育的基本需要。
