　　12月24日，省政府办公厅审批并转发了《湖南省关于做好进城务工人员随迁子女接受义务教育后在当地参加升学考试工作的实施办法》(以下简称办法)，并定于2013年1月1日正式实施。

　　外省籍随迁子女接受义务教育后，可通过中考录取到流入地普通高中学习，或凭初中毕业证书通过注册入学进入流入地中等职业学校学习;自高中一年级起(含高一的第二学期)在流入地普通高中学校就读，取得就读学校学籍，并参加了湖南普通高中学业水平考试的应、往届毕业生，可凭学籍证明和其父母居住证在湖南报名参加普通高等学校招生考试;在湖南连续就读两年以上(含两年)的中等职业学校应、往届毕业生，可参加湖南省普通高等学校对口招生考试。
