　　文雯认为，这个提案并不合适。英语是全球通用的语言，在外企工作，在学校读书，科研都需要英语。并且作为现代公民，英语是非常重要的，通过英语可以体验他文化，是国家开放与包容的体现，也是公民的基本素养。
