　　笔者来到万国，大厅是办公室，每个人都在埋头苦干。接待笔者的是一个小姑娘，小姑娘似乎对公司的了解甚微。笔者问：“能咨询一下出国的事情吗？”小姑娘磕磕巴巴说不上来，迟钝了一会：“……等等，我，我…我去问问”小姑娘走到一个“格子”办公桌和一个中年女子交谈了很久。笔者在门口等了大约十多分钟，小姑娘回来说：“您在这边等等，我去给您找一位咨询老师。”笔者被带到一间屋子坐下，小姑娘倒了杯水离开。

The author came to the nations,The hall is an office,Everyone is hard at work.Reception I was a little girl,The girl seems to have little understanding of the company.The author asked:"Can seek advice to go abroad?"Little girl ke ke baba couldn't say,Slow for a while:"……And so on,I,I…I'll ask"Little girl went to a"grid"Desk and a middle-aged woman talking for a long time.I waited for about more than ten minutes at the door,The little girl said back:"You in the side, and so on,I'll get you a looking for a consultant teacher."I was taken to a room and sat down,Little girl poured a glass of water left.

　　又过了一阵，来了一个二十七八的小伙子咨询。“您好，您是想咨询留学的事？想去哪个国家？”笔者答：“加拿大。”笔者问了咨询很多问题，咨询一一回答，还挺耐心。

For a,Came a young man was outstretched."How do you do,Are you want to consulting study abroad?Want to go to which country?"The author a:"Canada."The author asked the consulting a lot of problems,Consulting the answer one by one,It is quite patiently.

　　期间，咨询师要求笔者去楼下咨询被笔者拒绝。问道一些具体的信息时，咨询师并不能答上来。咨询师解释说：“我是一直负责美国这边的，关于加拿大我回去给您查，具体的还说不上来。”

During the period,Consultants requires the author to go downstairs were rejected by the author.Asked some specific information,Consultant didn't answer.Consultant explained:"I have been responsible for the American side,I check back to you about Canada,Concrete has not come yet."

　　随后笔者离开，在楼下发现笔者去的是办公大厅，咨询室在附近，但并不是很起眼。于是，笔者走进咨询室看了一下环境，有接待的，有几个人闲散着坐着聊天，管理比较散漫。随后笔者离开。

Then I leave,Find the author go to the office hall downstairs,Consulting room nearby,But not very unlikely.so,The author went into the consulting room look at the environment,Have a reception,A few people sitting idle in the chat,Management is loose.Then I leave.

　　体验感受： Experience the feelings:

　　笔者来到万国的感受是机构不够规范化、管理较差、环境很乱、服务很不到位。至于其专业性和后期的服务过程笔者无法去考证，只能从咨询这里做一个大概的了解。但是，留学机构是做什么的？前期咨询，学生成绩和个人情况的具体评估分析，职业测评，学校和专业的选择，材料文书等等的准备，学校申请，签证材料准备，签证申请，签证辅导，离境辅导，境外服务，等等。所有这些无非就是服务两个字，但是如果连最初的、最基本的服务都做不完善，谁又敢相信您在后期的服务会有多周到呢？至此，笔者只能问一句：“服务业你们的服务在哪?”

The author came to the nations feel agencies is not standardized/Poor management/The environment is a mess/The service is not in place.As for its professionalism and service process in the late I can't go to textual research,Only from consulting here do a probably understanding.but,Agents do?Previous consulting,Student achievement and individual specific assessment of the situation analysis,Vocational assessment,Schools and professional choice,Materials, documents and so on,The school to apply for,Visa material preparation,The visa application,Visa counselling,Leave the tutorial,Overseas service,And so on.All these two word is service,But if even the first/The most basic services do not perfect,Who dare to believe you again in later there will be more considerate service?At this point,I can only ask:"Services is your service?"
