南报网讯 1月17日，中国社会科学院农村所社会问题研究中心主任于建嵘教授受邀到英国出席会议，前往英国使馆签证中心办理签证时，遭遇了“查户口”，没有户口就不予办理，他不满拒绝，却遭到工作人员的“鄙视”。
