上海“毒校服”事件仍在追查责任，昆明的家长能否对校服放心？昆明市质监局昨天针对本市校服质量情况做了通报，抽检结果显示，昆明校服合格率84%，3批次产品甲醛不合格。

　　“这个合格率已是近年来的历史新高，质检系统每年都会对服装进行抽检，一个样品需要2000元的检测费，不过去年有家长反映到校服问题，所以我们还是特意申请了资金又做了专项抽检。”市质监局质量监督处处长邱建华介绍说，去年4季度，质监局在全市范围内开展了校服产品质量监督专项抽查。所有获证的正规服装生产加工企业都进行了抽检，共22家企业生产的119批次产品，结果显示，99个批次产品合格，实物质量合格率84%。其中，有3批次的产品甲醛含量不合格，13个批次的纤维成分及含量不合格，6个批次的接缝强力不合格。

　　邱建华介绍说，三种情况中比较严重的是甲醛含量不合格，“这是硬指标，检查出来之后，就立即要求企业停止生产、销售，对已经销售的则要求召回，不过甲醛含量不合格对于企业来说召回处理只需要通过洗、烫就可消除。”

　　此次检查主要按国标GB18401—2010《国家纺织产品基本安全技术规范》要求，对色牢度、甲醛含量、PH值、纤维成分及含量、使用说明等强制指标进行抽检。此次抽查未发现在上海的“芳香胺”超标情况，“芳香胺在昆明是作为色牢度中的一个子指标进行抽检的，这次抽检中未发现该项不合格。”邱建华说。

此次检查主要按国标GB18401—2010[National textile product basic safety technical specifications]requirements,The color fastness/Formaldehyde content/The PH/Fiber composition and content/Instructions such as mandatory indicators for checking.The spot was found in Shanghai"Aromatic amine"Standard conditions,"Aromatic amine is in kunming as a child in the fastness indicators for sampling,Not found the unqualified in the sampling inspection."Qiu Jianhua said.

　　“22家企业基本都是民营企业，发现问题后，质检系统已下达责令整改通知书，责令召回不合格产品，针对严重不合格的按照相关规定处以货值金额的50%至3倍以下罚款。”邱建华表示，下一步，质监局将对不合格生产企业进行约谈，如果再次抽检，发现累次不合格的企业将进行取缔，并向社会公众公布。(吴双红)
