多年来，朱令案件的重重疑点一直未被完全揭开。警方已认定此案系投毒，但究竟是谁投的毒？案件最终又为何不了了之？朱令的大学室友孙维，作为本案唯一嫌疑人，曾在2005年发布声明自称清白，更令本案扑朔迷离。

　　2006年1月29日，一位自称孙维同班同学的人匿名发表文章《孙维同班同学：我们替孙维辩护的真相》，直指孙维在网上发表声明是一起精心策划的集体行动，公开了孙维在发表声明前发给好友的“发帖纲要”，指导如何配合回帖。之后，又有孙维与同学的部分通信记录被曝光，如孙维希望别人帮助她查阅文献证明朱令是一次中毒等等。后经贝志城证实，这些通信记录是由匿名黑客攻入孙维同学信箱所截获的。
