邵庆辉【南开大学招生办公室主任】： Shao Qinghui[The admissions office at the university of nankai]:这是一个老话题了，其实选学校还是选专业，我从学校培养的角度来说，我们真的是希望同学们把兴趣放在第一位。但是你要说这是从专业的角度来说，从个人将来整个的成长来说，这是个人观点。我觉得本科阶段还是应该选学校，为什么这么说呢？因为大家知道目前国内来说本科阶段对于一个人的一生的成长，人格的塑造，都会起到特别大的作用。所以我觉得本科还是应该选一个好的学校，好的学校会有好的氛围，会对整个人培养起到非常大的潜移默化的作用。从选学校或者选专业来说，长远发展的话，我觉得本科阶段应该是选学校的。但是在专业还是要考虑，不能说完全为了学校牺牲掉专业，去了一个自己完全不想学，甚至很讨厌的学校氛围这样也不好，两者应该兼顾一下。学校在你的认可层次内，然后再去选择自己的专业，与兴趣结合起来，这样对他将来发展更好一些。兴趣为什么说这么重要呢？因为我以前在基层带过学生，有一个特别深的感触。如果学生选这个专业是他自己喜欢的，他在未来发展当中肯定会发展得很好，学习动力一直保持非常强劲的状态。不用你去担心说学着学着不想学了，因为这种状态的保持，在大学期间求知欲非常强。所以在毕业的时候，出路非常好。反之遇到过一些让家长非常头疼的选择，可能专业当时去的时候觉得还不错，就是孩子不喜欢。本身聪明的孩子到了以后，不学。并不是学不会，而是不愿意去学，最后导致孩子结果越来越自暴自弃，这种情况也有。所以我觉得兴趣在于选专业的时候还是蛮重要的。

邵庆辉【南开大学招生办公室主任】： Shao Qinghui[The admissions office at the university of nankai]:我觉得去行政化是一个很大的话题，作为我来说本身从事招生工作，对于大学整个管理其实没有太多的发言权。但是我觉得作为高校来讲，可能教师建设还是应该放在前面的，曾经说过大学之大，不在于大楼，在于大师。所以我觉得去行政化，可能以前人谈过，觉得太极端了，应该是比较合理的折中状态。南开大学近些年来，至少这两年我们感觉我们是属于机关的，我们学校机关这一块也在鼓励老师为同学们服务，已经把这个理念提出来了。所以这个可能在去行政化当中是一个转变吧，管理者的角度转变成服务型角度。但是我觉得这个毕竟是一个管理，管理和服务应该是互相结合的，找到一个很好的平衡点，这种矛盾可能就会逐步减轻一些。
