邵庆辉【南开大学招生办公室主任】： Shao Qinghui[The admissions office at the university of nankai]:今年南开大学在全国招生计划和往年相比应该说略有增长，但是目前具体数据已经报教育部审批过程当中。北京目前可以确定的我们招生计划是48人，理科28人，文科20人。其他省市招生计划过一段时间可以登陆我们学校本科生招生信息网查询各个省招生计划书。

邵庆辉【南开大学招生办公室主任】： Shao Qinghui[The admissions office at the university of nankai]:2013年自主招生现在已经结束了，通过学生名单已经在报教育部审批过程当中了，可能在阳光网站上会有公示。南开大学自主招生从去年开始已经是自己命题，我们单独考试了。南开大学最近做一个比较大的工程，做教育教学改革，自主招生是一种特殊选拔方式。可能有对学生考察有侧重点，比如要突出学生特长，要有创新潜质。2013年考核的时候，把它纳入到学校公能英才选拔计划里面了。一个提交材料的时候，要填写一个公能陈述表，这个陈述表对学生的公益活动、参加的社会活动这一块有要求了。包括后期考核也增加了一些开放性的附加题，甚至到面试环节，主考官可以跟学生就附加题更加深入讨论，增加面试比例从原来的20%提高到40%。自主招生大家还是在探索当中，包括考核方式，评价体系等等，各个高校还是不断探索希望做得更科学，更合理一些。我想南开大学将来在2014年自主招生上也会进一步的改进我们学校的招生计划，尽量把它做到更科学合理化一点。

邵庆辉【南开大学招生办公室主任】： Shao Qinghui[The admissions office at the university of nankai]:南开本科教学特色上来说比较多的，提到本科特色的教育，跟它的专业设置这一块还是有关系的。南开大学有九个基地，简单来说文科，文史哲经，中文，历史，哲学，经济，还有数理化生，数学，物理，化学，生物，生物有生物数学，生物技术类型。这九个基地有不一样的地方，作为本科生经济班有很多政策要倾斜。从师资来说，学院可以把最强师资投入到这个班里头来。从学生出路来说，保研比例非常高的。有的甚至50%以上，这个班同学们将来在进一步升学方面有非常大的优势，这是我想说的特色班。

　　本科生这一块还有一些特色，比如课程设置，因为大家知道本科生教育其实课程还是占了很大一部分，跟研究生不一样。南开大学课程设置这一块，已经有比较完整的体系了，各个层次。我们从学校层次来说，我们有公共必修和公共选修，到了学院这一曾有学院必修和学院选修，到了专业层次，又有专业必修和选修，一环紧扣一环，学生层层打基础，有了宽厚的基础慢慢一步一步走向更专业的发展道路。这里非常值得一提，我们所谓的学校的公共必修课，这是学校基础课程，这一部分课程精品课率，根据学校在全国来说都是水平比较高的课程达到86%以上，南开大学在基础课方面都是配备了非常强的师资。
