　　3月4日上午，我省黔东南州凯里市第三中学办公综合楼一楼外廊地坪局部塌陷，造成7名学生受伤。经当地政府和有关部门共同努力，目前凯里市第三中学教学秩序已恢复正常，事故中受伤的学生均为轻微伤，均已得到妥善救治。事故调查处理等工作正在进行。

　　经凯里市住建、安监等部门组成的调查组初步查明，这起事故发生的直接原因是，凯里一房开公司在清理与凯里三中办公综合楼相邻的商品房项目附一楼的建筑垃圾、废料及土方时，导致该综合楼一楼外廊口地坪下原来回填的土方流失，混凝土地坪架空、承重力降低，在人流荷载集中作用下，地坪发生塌陷。
