  报告显示,患者对山东三甲医院的服务态度评价最高,满意度得分为80.91分。其中,诊治医生对患者的服务52.24%,护理人员对患者的服务 40.30%,医院咨询台人员的服务40.30%,对检查科医师的服务13.43%,患者不满意的方面主要表现在诊治医生对患者的服务以及医院咨询台人员的服务等。患者对医德医风评价较高,满意度得分为79.81分,不满意的方面是医院开贵药多开药,其次是医务人员诱导患者作不必要的检查,其中,医院开贵药、多开药61.67%,医务人员诱导患者作不必要的检查40%,就诊期间医务人员收受患者红包35%,医药购销中收受回扣8.33%。患者对服务质量评价还不是太高,满意度得分为77.72分,相比服务态度、医院环境设施和医德医风的满意度得分都较低,主要反映在挂号、缴费、取药排队时间长46.53%,护士的护理水平30.6%,医生的诊疗技术水平24.75%。对医疗价格满意度最低,仅69.06分,主要表现在药价太贵62.29%,检查费用以及诊疗费用太高50.29%,诊疗费太高49.14%。
