受国务院委托，昨日下午，民政部部长李立国向全国人大常委会作《关于社会救助工作情况的报告》时通报，我国将推动建立重特大疾病医疗救助制度，制定针对艾滋病机会性感染者、重性精神病患者等特殊人群的医疗救助政策。全国人大已经将《社会救助法》列入立法工作计划。
