在12月1日世界艾滋病日前夕，据福建省卫生部门提供的信息介绍，母婴传播是15岁以下儿童感染艾滋病的唯一途径。迄今为止，艾滋病流行已使全球将近300万儿童丧失了生命，还有100万儿童成为艾滋病病毒感染者。
