据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，日前，济南市食品药品监管部门在全市范围内实施小饭桌“登记管理、星级公示”办法以加强监管，对不合格的小饭桌予以坚决淘汰，以此保证学生的就餐安全。

　　今年两会期间，济南市部分人大代表提议，要求规范小饭桌管理。为此，山东省食品药品监督管理局下发了《山东省学生小饭桌安全监督管理暂行办法》，针对全市小饭桌实施登记管理并进行星级公示，以规范整个行业，保障学生的餐饮安全。

　　《办法》规定，小饭桌要评上星级需要满足十条基本条件，在人员制度、环境消毒、设备设施、采购贮存以及加工制作等五个方面均有明确规定，如经营地点不得设在容易受到污染的区域；供餐需实行分餐制；加工食品的工具和容器必须做到生厨分开，并且有明显的标志；餐饮具必须进行清洗和消毒，严禁重复使用一次性的餐饮具等等。同时对于递交材料齐全的小饭桌，食品药品监管部门会按照办法的规定对小饭桌进行5大项36小项的检查验收，最终验收合格者将被评定星级(最高级别为五星级)，星级越高表明该单位安全水平越高，并淘汰不合格者。此外，监管部门也会将评定结果向社会张榜公布并通报学校，以引导学生家长进行理性选择。(记者刘颖超)
