2月3日，记者从锦州市民政局获悉，锦州市血液透析慈善救助网络已经建成并在市第二人民医院启动。

　　2010年3月，锦州市慈善总会购买了5台血液透析机，投放并定点于锦州市中心医院，同时建立了“锦州市慈善救助血液透析中心”。今年初，锦州市慈善总会会同并资助黑山县、北镇市、凌海市、义县，建立起区域性的慈善救助血液透析中心，同时以锦州市第二人民医院为定点医院，增设了一个血液透析救助中心。目前，锦州市四县(市)两院共配置全新血液透析机34台且全部开机运转。(记者朱勤)
