　　对于检查中发现的问题，督查组已向有关地方人民政府提出明确整改意见，要求各有关地方深入贯彻落实房地产市场调控政策措施；要求出现放松调控政策苗头的地区立即予以纠正，并强调各地不得以任何理由变相放松调控；要求各地进一步完善土地供应管理，提高住房用地供应计划完成率，稳定普通商品住房用地供应量；要求各地加大市场监管力度，严格预售许可管理，全面实施预售资金监管制度。对于督查组提出的整改意见，各地表示将认真加以整改。
