记者刘茜从国务院学位办获悉，我国部分高校2012年开始招收首批工程博士专业学位研究生。工程博士与工学博士属同一层次，都属于我国高等教育的最高阶段。国务院学位办负责人表示，工程博士研究生必须实质性地参与国家科技重大专项的研究，各试点单位不得招收政府机关工作人员攻读工程博士专业学位。
