教育部、国家发改委5月联合下发的《2012年全国研究生招生计划的通知》显示，今年我国研究生计划招生规模达584416人，其中博士生67216人，硕士生517200人。与9年前的2003年相比，招生规模增长了1.17倍，其中博士生、硕士生的招生规模分别增长了37.9%和1.35倍。
