南开大学教授李卫东因反感论文与学位挂钩，压下学生论文不投稿，导致十几位博士生无法拿学位，引发网友微博热议。李卫东称制度本身需改变，但这种改变是否需要让学生付出如此之大的代价？又或者李卫东的做法，是壮士断腕的无奈之举？无论怎样说，对于“制度”来说，十几个学生的“牺牲”，或许可以仅仅看做孤例，但对这些学生而言，却是一次百分之百的打击。
