改革开放三十余年，我国民办培训教育行业取得了长足的发展，涌现了一批重创新、重优化知识结构、重能力培养的众多优秀项目。为了向社会展示项目成果，交流优秀项目的研发和办学经验，推动机构之间的合作，促进行业科学，持续的发展，中国民办教育协会培训教育专业委员会决定举办首届中国民办培训教育优秀项目展示交流合作会（简称“展示会”），并由北京精诚教育集团承办。

　　“展示会”分两个阶段。第一阶段：2012年6月至9月，由个民办培训教育机构申报展示项目。组委会邀请专家对项目进行评审，确定参展项目。第二阶段：2012年12月择机在北京举办首届中国民办培训教育优秀项目展示交流合作会。组委会对参展培训项目颁发参展证书。

　　“展示会”参展培训项目要求：具有先进的教育理念；具有明确的培养目标；培训内容建构科学有效；项目实施具有完善的质量和服务保障（教材、教师、教法、评估、监督、教学设施等），从组委会获悉有三年以上项目实施成果，并取得良好的效果和社会口碑，具有原创性，拥有知识产权保护的原创教学项目优先。

　　为鼓励各培训机构积极申报，凡是在我国获得办学许可的各级各类民办培训教育机构均可申报，申报的项目类别不限，申报免费。每个培训教育机构申报项目原则上不超过3个。每个申报项目须如实填写《首届中国民办培训教育优秀项目参展申请表》填表咨询人，2012年9月30日前，申报单位将《项目申请表》和相关材料按照项目申请表填写说明要求提交材料

　　由“展示会”组委会聘请专家组成专家组，组委会专家组对所有申报项目按照参展项目条件的要求进行封闭式评审，提出符合参展项目条件的培训教育项目名单，组委会会务组按照专家提出的参展项目名单通知相关培训机构准备12月份举行的展会。
