　　来自郑州的大学生志愿者段新浩担任第3组的英文助教，短短几天的培训让他深刻体会到了西部欠发达地区的英语教学水平有待提高。“这些老师和我的高中老师比，在语法方面差别并不是很大，但是听力和口语差距比较大。有很多老师发音不标准，而且要表达一个意思的时候，他们要想很久才能表达出来，他们可能是先想中文的意思，再翻译成英文。”
