刘映东【龙文教育总裁】: LiuYingDong【LongWen education President】:刚才大家都提了一些看法,我这里从另外一个角度思考问题,真理有些时候掌握少数人手里,能不能揭开迷惑和面纱,看到问题的本质,我相信需要大彻大悟。

  就几个问题谈谈个人得观点,刚才提到标准化和流程化问题,标准化是西式管理模式,我觉得中国企业需要中国国情相结合,不能照抄照搬就成,到目前为止民办教育为什么没有标准化的流程出来?哪家企业都希望拿出一套标准化的流程,因为没有一家企业成功的,包括张教授站在自己作为家长角度,反思我们国家基础教育的不足、反思公立教育的不足,有优点必然有缺点,我相信国家主流还是很重视K12基础教育部分,我们国家现实教育不是基础教育出了问题,而是应试教育不彻底,换句话说大学教育出问题,责任应该由我们国家大学相关承办者承担责任。我们基础教育有问题吗?难道几千万一线人民教师付出那么多辛苦和汗水,最后还是被很多高校老师批评,高校老师他们课有可听性吗?我有很大的问题,这是问题的本质,我们国家反过来不是否认我们基础教育,而是思考高考以后的教育出大问题。为什么那么多人才培养出来,高等教育没有继续发展下去,最终导致很多人才在专业性没有得到很好的发展,这是问题的根源。

杨强【学而思教育战略投资总监】: YangJiang【Learning without thought education strategic investment director】:大家说的我听了很激动,描述很美好的前景,我个人觉得做教育实际关乎一个人的成长,特别K12,是把6—18岁最好学习的时间给了你,这段时间只要过去肯定没有了,我说做教育其实挺不容易,因为孩子消费的是时间,核心把一段生命消耗到这里,真没得到东西也永远回不来,这个我认为实际每一个无论做公办教育还是民办教育所有的人,只要从事这个行业都要面对非常重大的责任,我认为这个责任特别像医疗机构一样,我病了生命垂危到你那里去,无论服务态度和服务能力都达不到,那就是谋财害命,教育也如此。所以我说责任很重,这里头大家实际都在收钱,所以从长远来看如何平衡社会责任和商业是大课题,是所有人共同回答的问题。

  我们也要看到教育培训成长很现实的,我上学那会儿没有课外辅导班,现在在美国市场虽然有被买、被退的,别管什么原因,确实有十家了,也可以说中国在美上市教育板块。但是下一步面对不但是一个公司的成长、一个公司的品质、一个公司的口碑,而是代表这么民办培训行业整体成长品质和口碑,这个责任又蛮大,所以我说讨论来讨论去,我认为我的感受第一讨论出来是责任,当然我们看到确确实实有很多新的机构叫风云而入,这个也是事实,新的模式肯定也会出现,冒出来地方往往从身背后出来,所以我说如何把学而思该做的事情做好,同时我们也希望为这个行业成长做出我们的贡献,我认为很现实的展望。
