　　举报者在邮件中指出，在2008年9月申请教授职称中，刘炜和邱勇的科研论文“存在严重的剽窃他人成果的行为”。

　　贵州大学党委宣传部部长罗勇告诉笔者，他对论文抄袭事件有一定的了解，学校党委和行政部门在收到举报信之后非常重视。但是“相关的调查工作要等到一周后学校开学之后才能全面展开，调查结果预计也要10天左右才能出来”。
