　　前不久的一个周五，是湖北省监利县教育局例行的周末课堂学习时间，该局全体机关干部及直属单位负责人聚集一堂，令他们意外的是，走上讲台的既不是同事，也不是专家，而是两位年轻的资教生现在大兴中学任教的女教师焦琳和朱河中学工会主席鲁祥林。
