　　记者近日获悉，曾经轰动全国的河南省周口卫校14名学生报考志愿被篡改案有了新进展，周口市川汇区人民检察院日前对参与作案的郑宁、李亚男、殷宁3人以涉嫌破坏计算机信息系统罪批准逮捕。

　　经审查查明，郑宁、李亚男、殷宁3人均为山东现代职业学院的学生，受学院委派到周口招生，每招收一个学生可以提成550元。2012年6月27日，郑宁等3人到周口卫校联络招生工作时，从教室的黑板上撕走了含有考生姓名、准考证号、身份证号、报考志愿登录密码等内容的考生信息表。6月30日至7月1日，郑宁等3人先后在宾馆、网吧等地登录河南招生信息网，利用在周口卫校获取的考生信息，将14名周口卫校学生报考的第一志愿篡改为山东现代职业学院，并保存3次，将志愿锁定为无法修改状态。公安机关接到报案后，将郑宁等3名犯罪嫌疑人相继抓获，8月6日以涉嫌非法获取公民个人信息罪提请周口市川汇区人民检察院批准逮捕。8月9日，川汇区检察院以涉嫌破坏计算机信息系统罪批准逮捕。
