　　近日，山东省召开“高等学校重点学科（重点实验室、人文社会科学研究基地）首席专家”评审会，通过公开答辩、互相评价及专家集体评议和记名投票，共推荐出首批“高等学校首席专家”50名。

　　据介绍，建立“高等学校首席专家”制度，是根据山东教育规划纲要要求，于今年启动的一项人才重点项目，旨在造就一支高素质的学术骨干队伍，推动重大、原创性科研成果问世，提高全省高等学校的学术地位和竞争实力。评审工作坚持宁缺毋滥的原则，综合考量申报人的学术水平、学术品质、领导协调能力、团队意识和未来发展预期，确保选拔出高水平的人才。“高等学校首席专家”评审采取了开放式的公开答辩形式，申报人在答辩时，同组的其他申报人均在现场全程旁听，同组答辩人之间就学术水平互相进行评价，记名填写答辩人员学术水平相互评价表。
