昨日，华中科技大学创新人才培养基地启明学院305教室座无虚席，讲座者是美国议事专家协会中国区唯一会员袁天鹏。上午讲授理论、下午实战演练，各需缴纳50元门票费后学子们方可入内。

　　由学院专程请来的袁天鹏，此行主要是为该校著名创新团队Dian团队的学子们讲授“罗伯特议事规则”，这是美国最广受承认的议事规范，它在如何提出议事事项、如何听取和发表意见等方面均制定了详细规定。作为北京大学国际EMBA的客座讲师，袁天鹏的出场费自然不菲。

　　“罗伯特议事规则”讲座实际上是为以工科生为主的Dian团队开设的一堂管理课，76座的教室共挤进了90多人。演练中，袁天鹏担任主持，同学们则代表着“学生智囊团”，模拟开会讨论“允许自由转专业”这一议题。当一名同学的意见存在争议，其他人不由得交头接耳，主持人进行制止：“起哄是违反规则的”；当一个要素还没讨论完，有同学提出对另一个要素表示异议，主持人打断道：“跑题了”；当刘玉教授作为智囊团的一份子长时间发言时，有同学举手反对因为师生平等，“刘老师超时了。”
