　　本报讯 小学一年级新生入校前，被郑州中方园双语学校要求做胸透和检查乙肝五项。昨日，该校一学生家长说：“胸透时产生的射线对孩子健康不利，卫生部明文规定，不得将胸透检查列入对婴幼儿及少年儿童体检的常规检查项目。学校为何要这样做呢？”另据记者了解，我省早在2010年就明文规定：入学、就业体检，不再检查乙肝五项项目。

　　这名学生家长说，她儿子今年被郑州市金水区中方园双语学校录取。学校通知书上的“报到须知”明确写着“新生报到需要携带体检表(乙肝五项和胸透)”。在8月26日校方召集所有家长到学校开会时，明确提出体检表必须由市级以上医院出具。学生在9月3日报到时，家长必须带有含胸透检查的体检表。

　　对此，郑州市儿童医院放射科一工作人员告诉记者，胸透主要用于检查诊断肺部疾病、心脏的大小、肋骨、胸膜等，儿童应尽量使用拍片检查。因为儿童正处于生长发育高峰期，细胞分裂活跃，胸透射线会造成部分机体细胞受损，放射检查次数做得越多，诱发癌症的概率就越大。对未成年人进行胸透检查，是在该检查在必须时(如吞食异物等)和家长知道放射检查的危害情况下进行的。在进行胸透检查时，除检查部位裸露外，其他部位必须要穿戴防护铅服，如头部、生殖器官部位等。
