记者日前从西藏自治区教育厅了解到，今年秋季学期开始，西藏启动实施城镇学前教育免费政策，加上之前西藏已实行农牧区学前教育、城乡义务教育和高中阶段教育免费政策，标志着西藏全面实现了15年免费教育，即学前3年、小学6年、初中3年、高中3年。

　　西藏自治区教育厅负责人介绍，城镇学前免费教育的实施，意味着家长将孩子送到所有公办幼儿园，除按“家长自愿、据实收取”的原则负担孩子入园期间的伙食费和服装费外，不再承担其他费用。伙食费和服装费为代收费，其收取标准不得高于公办幼儿园的最高收费标准，即伙食费标准不得高于年生均2000元，服装费不得高于年生均160元。
