　　南志织：“我一般7点起床，乘坐电车8点半左右的时候到学校。早上的班会结束后，第一节课是早上8点50开始的。上午一共有四节课，每节课45分钟，中间会休息10分钟。然后从中午12点20到下午1点零五分是午休的时间。下午开始有3节课，课时休息和上午一样，一直到下午3点40。最后，还有5分钟的班会结束后，大家就放学了。而我还有篮球课外小组的活动，放学后就去体育馆换上运动服参加训练。一般训练要持续到6点左右，放学回家差不多要6点半了。”

　　南志织说，在学校里她学习以外的另一项乐趣就是课外小组活动。日本中小学一般都很重视课外小组活动，有游泳部、足球部、棒球部、美术部、音乐部等各种丰富多彩的小组。校方还会专门派老师来担任教练或指导，安排学生们参加县市级或国家级比赛。南志织加入的是篮球部，一周要训练5天。
