　　日前，佛山市政府颁布《佛山市实行残疾儿童少年十五年免费教育实施方案》，从今年秋季起正式实施残疾儿童少年从学前到高中的15年免费教育。

　　据介绍，佛山全市目前“三残”儿童少年小学入学率为98.51%，初中入学率为92.56%，听障生义务教育阶段入学率达100%，实现了残疾儿童少年义务教育“双高”普及的目标。该市已构建了以特殊教育学校为骨干，以附设特教班和随班就读为主体，以社区服务为补充的特殊教育体系，确保残疾学生的受教育权利。
