　　"少年智则国智,少年强则国强"。青少年是社会主义事业的接班人和未来的建设者，是中华民族的希望。青少年时期也是一个人发展成为社会栋梁之才的基础时期，是需要特别关注、保护、塑造的时期，以适合于青少年特点的方式拓展其健康成长之路，是社会管理创新工作的一项重要内容。首届"为了明天--关爱青少年彩虹行动"微电影大奖赛，旨在通过微电影这一新媒体形式，发掘促进青少年健康成长和预防青少年违法犯罪的感人故事，引导青少年自觉抵制社会上不良行为和违法犯罪的诱惑，展示积极向上的时代风貌，体现党和国家对广大青少年的关怀和爱护，引导全社会对青少年健康成长的高度关注和支持。

　三、参赛要求 three/Entry requirements

　　参赛要求

Entry requirements

　　1、参赛者：个人、团体或者单位均可。

1/participants:personal/Groups or units all can.

　　2、作品类型：微型影片

2/Works type:Miniature film

　　3、作品题材：家庭教育、学校教育、社会关爱和感悟励志等有关促进青少年健康成长和预防青少年违法犯罪题材。

3/Subject matter works:Family education/School education/Social care and feeling of inspiring and other relevant promote the healthy growth of teenagers and prevent teenagers illegal crime subject matter.

　　4、作品要求：

4/Work requirements:

　　内容积极向上，时长20分钟以内，分辨率不低于720P，设置中文字幕，普通话、方言均可，一、二、三等奖作品需达到中央或地方电视台播出的技术要求。

　　参赛作品必须由参赛者本人（或单位）原创，参赛者应拥有作品的著作权。严禁剽窃、抄袭（依据《中华人民共和国著作权法》及相关规定执行）。组委会不承担包括（但不限于）肖像权、名誉权、隐私权、著作权、商标权等纠纷而产生的法律责任，如出现上述纠纷，主办方保留取消其参赛资格及追回奖项的权利。

　　本次微电影大奖赛采用网络票选和评审团打分相结合的评奖方式，票选权数5，专家权数5。
