真诚的微笑源自心底的热爱。每天早上6点多，孙明霞第一个来到幼儿园，7点不到就站在园门口，用微笑迎接家长、幼儿和老师。她中午从不休息，一直忙到晚上9点，等到寄宿班的孩子都睡着了，才拖着疲惫的身躯回到家中。如果家长因故没来接孩子，她就在办公室里带着孩子一起等。
