体育考试不合格，拿不到毕业证 Physical examination unqualified,can't get the diploma

　　全市具有普通高中学籍的高三年级应届毕业生都要参加体育与健康学业水平考试。昨日，记者从市教育局了解到，10月26日，2013届高中毕业生要参加体育毕业考，长跑、立定跳远和篮球运球投篮3项内容考查高中生的体质状况。

　　据了解，考试项目设置以《国家学生体质健康标准》为基本依据，以测试耐力、力量、速度素质和运动能力为重点。2013年普通高中应届毕业生体育与健康学业水平考试项目为：长跑(男子 1000米、女子800米)、立定跳远、篮球运球投篮。

　　普通高中体育与健康学业水平考试成绩实行等级制，分为 A(90分以上)、B(70～89分)、C(50～69分)、D(49分以下)4个等级。考试成绩达不到C等者，可参加一次补考(补考在第一次考试结束后一周进行)，补考成绩仍达不到C等者，不颁发毕业证书。在考试过程中，凡没有在一个单元内(半天)参加全部3项考试的考生，视为考试不及格。发现替考，取消替考与被替考者考试资格，考试按不及格处理，且不安排补考。

　　今年体育与健康学业考试的时间定为10月26日～28日，市区考生免交考试费用。因病(或残疾)不能参加体育与健康考试的学生，由学校持医疗单位证明和“免予执行体育与健康学业水平考试申请表”，在报名时统一办理申请免考手续，经核准后方可免考(不再进行病免检查)。因病不能参加考试的学生，考试成绩按C等级计算；因残疾不能参加考试的学生，考试成绩按B等级计算。免考生的全部材料要装入该学生档案。因特殊情况暂不能参加体育与健康考试的学生，可申请缓试，缓试和补考一起进行。（记者 张勤）
