　　经过两年充实的学习生活后，陈利彬主动放弃了学校安排的顶岗实习，把名额让给了更需要帮助的同学。他联系了离家比较近的色达县众鑫汽车维护中心参加顶岗实习，主要从事机修工作。陈利彬觉得，在那里一方面能发挥在校学习的专业特长，还能方便照顾家里，更好地磨砺自己。之后他先后做过装修工、茶楼服务员、保安……现在通过招聘在甘孜州电力有限责任公司上班。陈利彬说：“也许有人瞧不起我的工作经历，但我不这样认为，我会牢记老师的教诲，先就业，再择业，再创业。”
